I Spy

A classic game that’s great for reinforcing not just colors, but all descriptive words.

For those who don’t know how to play, one person finds an object in the room and says, “I spy with my little eye something *red*.” The others have to guess what red thing it is they saw.  I say big fat eye because I have big eyes and for some reason Muzzy feels the need to teach “fat” in their first lesson.

But not just colors, you can use shapes or size.

I’m going to try this page for my older students and descriptions like “something that flies.”  This goes well with the game 20 questions.
