Riddles

A great way to start a lesson.  A quick listening exercise where the student is able to spend time thinking and speaking just a little. I’m always looking for more good riddles that are at an appropriate level for young, new learners.

From a good worksheet:

I’m yellow and round.
I’m the same size as an apple.
You can’t eat me.
You hit me with a racquet.
(tennis ball)
